30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This guarantee applies to:

• All products - Social Media Graphics Pack and Business Banner Pack
• Used products - Even if you have downloaded and used the files
• Unused products - If you never downloaded or used the files

No questions asked. If you're not happy, we'll refund your money.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
• Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer)

After Your Refund

After receiving a refund:

• You should delete any downloaded files
• You should discontinue use of the graphics or banners
• While we cannot enforce file deletion, we trust our customers to act in good faith

No Refund Conditions

There are very few circumstances where we cannot process a refund:

• Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
• Purchases made with fraudulent payment methods
• Cases involving chargeback disputes already filed with your bank

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly for a refund rather than filing a chargeback with your bank. We offer a straightforward 30-day money back guarantee, so there's no need for a chargeback.

If you file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund through us:

• The chargeback process takes longer than our refund process
• You may be charged fees by your bank
• It may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. All refunds are for the full purchase price of the product package. If you purchased multiple packages, you may request a refund for any or all of them within the 30-day window.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with file delivery (files not received, corrupted files, wrong file formats, incorrect dimensions), please contact us immediately. We will:

• Resend files if not received
• Provide corrected files if there's a technical error
• Offer a full refund if we cannot resolve the technical issue

Technical issues do not count against your 30-day refund window if we are working to resolve them.
